    Moxian Inc.(NASDAQ:MOXC) is in the O2O (“Online-to-Offline”) business. While there are many definitions of O2O, with respect to our business, O2O means providing an online platform for small and medium sized enterprises (“SMEs”) with physical stores to conduct business online, interact with existing customers and obtain new customers. We refer to our customers as “Merchant Clients” and the existing and potential users of our platform as “Users.” Through our platform and the products and services offered through it, we seek to create interaction between our Users and Merchant Clients by allowing Merchant Clients to study consumer behavior. Our products and services are designed to allow Merchant Clients to conduct targeted advertising campaigns and promotions which are more effective because they are geared for those customers that a Merchant Client wishes to reach. Our platform is designed to encourage Users to return and to recruit new Users, each of which is a potential customer for our Merchant Clients.


    We believe we are different from other companies in that our plan is to sign up merchants first and build our user base utilizing their customers.

    The current version of our platform is called “Moxian+” which consists of our user mobile application (“App”) called the Moxian+ User App and a separate App for our Merchant Clients called the Moxian+ Business App. Both versions of the App are currently available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store and can be downloaded free of charge. We also have a website that can be accessed at www.moxian.com where either App can also be downloaded.


    Moxian principally operates in Shenzhen and Beijing. As of December 31, 2018, we had a total of 10 employees, of which 1 is in research and development, 1 in marketing and the others in other functions, including, management, finance and administration.



    With “creative/service + product/technology” in mind, BlueFocus provides total marketing and sales solutions to our clients in the technology, automobile, consumer goods, real estate, internet, finance and online game sectors. Our services offerings include consumer insight, content development, event management, CRM, we-media placement and scene marketing.




    Based on technology, big data and servicing capabilities, and displayed on mobile phone and smart TV screens, BlueFocus provides media buying services to its clients.Our core businesses are technology-driven programmatic media buying, service-oriented media buying, one-stop service platform for overseas markets in cooperation with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and Twitter, smart TV media buying, and total solutions for mobile marketing.

    Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager

    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing activities and brand management for HK and Asia Pacific regions. You will need to work very closely with all members of the team to ensure business strategies and initiatives are well communicated. Your work scope includes:

    • Responsibilities

    Plan, execute and evaluate various marketing and brand building activities both locally and regionally
    Organise trade marketing activities and events around the region, mainly in Hong Kong and SEA, and international markets
    Able to work with different parties including internal and external parties to run different trade marketing activities
    Responsible for copywriting and editing various advertising and promotional marketing materials
    Handle ad hoc assignments
    Good team player and with high degree of integrity and responsibility

    • Desired Skills and Experiences:

    University graduate ideally in marketing, communications or business-related discipline;
    At least 6 years of solid working experience in marketing field;
    Knowledge in digital marketing, including SEM, social media, mobile and video is a must;
    Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
    Good communication skills and ability to work with a team of mixed background and spread across various offices;
    Highly self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure with a passion for digital marketing;
    Presentable, creative and energetic;
    Well organized and have good coordination capability;

    Digital Advertising Sales Manager

    • Responsibilities:

    Present moxian’s online marketing/advertising products to media agencies
    Plan and implement moxian’s campaigns for agencies’ clients
    Work closely with in-house ads operation team to deliver campaigns


    • Desired Skills and Experiences:

    Minimum 3 years within a sales role, media agencies sales experience is a plus.
    Ready network of media agencies
    Experience in digital/online advertising preferred, search engine marketing experience is highly desirable
    Ability to analyze data and present data driven marketing solutions to agencies
    Self-motivated, presentable, possess strong communications and negotiations skills
    Good command of Chinese and English, Putonghua ability
