    Liu Tao

    Chairman of the Board

    Mr. Liu obtained a degree in industrial accounting at the Beijing Commercial College in 1998. Since 2017 Mr. Liu has been the chair of the board of Chengdu Boyatang Cultural Media Co., Ltd, a company that focuses on modern science and technology in branding and marketing. Previously, from January 2003 to July 2017, Mr. Liu was in charge of the financial, logistics, supply, marketing and media departments of PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Co Ltd Jilin, a branch of China National Petroleum Corporation, a major Chinese national oil and gas corporation of and one of the largest integrated energy groups in the world. During that period, Mr. Liu specialized in internal management and long-term development planning.

    Hao Qinghu

    Chief Executive Officer and Director

    Mr. Hao has more than 20 years of experience in managing business operations and business strategy. Since September, 2015 he has been the General Manager of Moxian Beijing— a subsidiary of Moxian, Inc., in charge of Moxian Beijing’s overall operations. From June 2014 until September 2015, Mr. Hao was a Deputy General Manager of Xinhua Huamei Investment Management Co., Ltd. From 2005 until May 2014, Mr. Hao was a General Manager of Shandong Debang Construction Science and Technology Co., Ltd, where he was responsible for day to day operations and business development. Mr. Hao received his EMBA from Tsinghua University. Mr. Hao was a board appointee of Xinhua Huifeng Equity Centre (Limited Partnership).

    Lionel Choong Khuat Leok

    Independent Director and Chair of Audit Committee

    Mr. Choong Khuat Keok, age 56, has over 33 years of working experience in accounting, auditing, internal control, corporate finance and corporate governance. Mr. Choong started his working career with BDO Binder Hamlyn (“BDO”) in London in 1984 where he was later promoted as the supervisor and manager for the banking and financial services team which managed various projects in structured finance as well as consultation projects for BDO’s client’s initial public offerings. During his term with BDO, Mr. Choong gained the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Certification as a certified accountant.

    Dr. Yu Lin

    Independent Director and Chair of Compensation Committee

    Dr. Yu Lin obtained a master’s degree in management from the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University in 2009 and a doctor’s degree in industrial economics from Wuhan University of Technology in 2016. In 2009, Dr. Yu joined the Telecommunication Research Institute, a national think tank, under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (“MIIT”). Since 2009, Dr. Yu has been working as an analyst and engineer successively at Telecommunication Research Institute of MIIT. The Board believes that Dr. Yu should serve as an independent director of the Company based on his knowledge of research and development in the information technology sectors in China, particularly relating to the public sector.

    Wendy Wang Yingjie

    Independent Director and Chair of Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee

    Ms. Wang Ying Jie has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wetland Media, Inc in USA since July 2016. She is also a director of Dinghaoyicheng Technology (Shanghai) Ltd. Co. Ms. Wang was the Chief Executive Officer of BZM Innovation Technology, a Fin-tech investment company funding from a Chinese private corporate fund from November 2014 to June 2016. From October 2011 to October 2014, Ms. Wang was a business partner at Shiatang Technology, where she was responsible for the operation and business strategy. From October 2006 to October 2011, Ms. Wang was the business development director of Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIOX) where she planned and implemented project initiatives for projects and clients. Ms. Wang received her Masters’ degree in Scientific, Technical and Medical Translation with Translation Technology from Imperial College in UK in 2004, and her Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures and International Business from Tianjin Foreign Languages University in China in 1998. The Board believes that Ms. Wang should serve as an independent director of the Company based on her extensive experience in the fin-tech and media industry.

    William Yap Guan Hong

    Independent Director

    Mr. William Yap, age 55, has over 30 years of working experience in corporate finance, investment management and business development. Mr. Yap is currently the Chief Financial Officer of 8i Enterprises Acquisition Corporation which is listed on Nasdaq.

    Mr. Yap was a Director in Singapore Telecoms from 1998 to 2001, overseeing various portfolios, including Regional Internet Investment and Business Marketing. He then joined the Ascendas Group, a subsidiary of the Jurong Town Hall Corporation, the largest industrial land developer in Singapore with an asset base of more than US$1 billion, as its Executive Vice-President (New Business). In 2004, he founded the Newton Group of Companies, based in Shanghai, focusing on business opportunities in the education and training sectors in China. Between 2006-2011, he was responsible for originating proprietary private equity and venture deals in China for investment funds in Singapore (Hupomone Capital Partners (Singapore) Pte Ltd (2009-2011) and Evia Capital Partners Pte Ltd (2006-2009)). Between 2016-2019, he was the Head of Investment Banking Division of Shanghai Pingmei Shenma Finance Leasing Private Limited.

    Mr. Yap obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Physics) (Hons – 2 nd Upper) and Master of Arts from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

    Dr. David Cheang Sien Chan

    Director

    Dr. David Cheang, age 42, has over 20 years of working experience in business development and entrepreneurship. He is the Chairman, Group CEO and Founder of FULIFE Group Holdings Private Limited and DC13 Group of Companies (Property Development) in Singapore. To date, David has achieved numerous awards and recognition throughout his career; some of his recent notable awards include the SME One Asia Award (2014), JCI Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of the World Award (2015), Teochew Entrepreneur Award (2016), and Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA) 2019.

    He is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence in Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore. He is also a Council Member of the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management (SIPMM).

    Dr. Cheang obtained his BSc (Hons) Economics & Management from the University of London in 2001. He has also been conferred a Doctorate of Science in Business from the Edison World College (2017) and an Associate Professorship from the World Certification Institute (2018).

    Hao Qinghu

Mr. Hao received his EMBA from Tsinghua University. Mr. Hao was a board appointee of Xinhua Huifeng Equity Centre (Limited Partnership).

    Tan Wanhong

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Tan Wanhong, age 65, started his career with KPMG Kuala Lumpur in 1980 and was subsequently promoted to be the Resident Manager of the Penang Office. In 1983, Mr. Tan joined Island & Peninsular, a property group listed on the Stock Exchange of Kuala Lumpur as Financial Controller. In 1068, he joined Sime Darby, Malaysia’s largest Asian-based conglomerate where over a span of the next eighteen years, he held various senior leadership positions in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Beijing until his departure in 2004 following a group re-organization. In 2007, Mr. Tan joined Hong Leong Asia, Singapore for a specific assignment in its largest NYSE-listed subsidiary in China, which he completed in 2009. He then became the Head of Investor Relations with 361 Degrees International, a mainland China sportswear group listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and spent six years dealing with the financial and investment community. Mr. Tan trained with Grant Thornton in Liverpool, UK and was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) in 1980.
